Join Village Hall
Type your first name and the passcode from your invite, then ask to join. The host will let you in from the waiting room.
Plan to join on video. Before you go in, you'll see yourself, so you can check your camera and microphone. Your microphone starts off so the guest can be heard, and you can turn it on when you want to talk.
The waiting room opens 15 minutes before the meeting starts. Come back then with the passcode from your invite.

- Video and audio run on Cloudflare RealtimeKit. Cloudflare is our video provider.
- The text chat runs on Our Special Village's own Cloudflare Worker. It's plain text only.
- The presentation is recorded and sent to people who registered. The parent Q&A is not recorded. Transcripts and AI summaries are off.
- Please don't record, screenshot or share what others say.
- Use your first name only.
- Village Hall chat is deleted when the host ends the session.
- We can't promise complete confidentiality in any peer group, so share only what feels right to you.
- If something goes wrong with the video, the host will share the Microsoft Teams link.
