OSV Live test site
OSV Live
We're testing our own live video and chat for Village Hall and the parent support group. Thank you for helping us try it out.
This is a test site
It's for the OSV team and volunteers. The public site doesn't link here. If something goes wrong during a session, the host will share the Microsoft Teams link and we'll carry on there.
Choose a room
-
Village Hall
A monthly online talk with a guest expert, with time for your questions.
-
Parent Support Group - Murfreesboro
An hour with other parents and caregivers who understand. Cameras are optional.
Before you join
- Check your camera and microphone with Cloudflare's pre-call test (opens in a new tab).
- Have your first name ready. It's the only name we ask for.
- Have the passcode from your invite ready. Each meeting has its own.
- Wait in the waiting room until the host lets you in.
Privacy and what to expect
- Video and audio run on Cloudflare RealtimeKit. Cloudflare is our video provider.
- The text chat runs on Our Special Village's own Cloudflare Worker. It's plain text only.
- In Village Hall, the presentation is recorded and sent to people who registered. The parent Q&A is not recorded, and the support group is never recorded. Transcripts and AI summaries are off.
- Please don't record, screenshot or share what others say.
- Use your first name only.
- Village Hall chat is deleted when the host ends the session. Support group chat isn't saved at all.
- We can't promise complete confidentiality in any peer group, so share only what feels right to you.
